Our seventh and eighth graders excelled in performing on this year’s National Latin Exam and the National Spanish Exam. EMS students have a history of achieving top recognition on these language exams, which measure performance by testing vocabulary, grammar, interpretive reading, and listening skills.
“Attaining a medal or honorable mention for any student on the National Spanish Examinations is very prestigious,” says Lisa Greenman, National Director of the National Spanish Exams, “because the exams are the largest of their kind in the United States with nearly 85,000 students participating in 2023.”
