We respectfully request that departments have one person request all changes, and that person act with authority for the department, ensuring they have all necessary approvals, and that this list of changes is exhaustive, rather than sending multiple requests. Please wait until you have all materials needed for us to complete this request before filling out this form (we need all images/videos/links in this form, not in separate emails or google docs). We make updates once a week, and we will inform the contact name on completion, or if we have additional questions.

Ensure for each change that you include: -link to the page (not just a description) -what on the page, specifically, you’d like changed. ie: “please delete this copy:” -what it should be changed to. “and change it to:” Press the + sign to add rows for additional changes.

Any files required to make these changes. PDFs, Images, docs, etc.

Please only send the files we’ll need. Google docs should be downloaded rather than linked to. Images should be atleast 760px wide. There is a limit of 10mb of uploads, so please keep files as light as possible.
