What does Summer Explorations cost?

What is your refund policy?
We understand the need to be flexible with refunds and charges for our summer program due to health-related causes. After May 1, no refunds will be offered for changes in plans, schedules, vacations, etc. However, if your child is not able to attend the program due to health-related issues, we will try to accommodate your child into a different session. If accommodation can’t be made, we would require documentation from a medical provider for a full refund. Refunds will not be given for absences without proper documentation from a medical provider or physician.
Is transportation available?
Summer Explorations works together with Rainbow Transportation to help families with busing to and from The Elisabeth Morrow School. Families must contract privately with Rainbow Transportation to determine appropriate routes and fees.
How about snacks and lunch?
Summer Explorations provides daily peanut and tree nut-free snacks including fresh fruit, cut-up vegetables, and other kid-friendly healthy snack options. For other dietary restrictions, children are welcome to bring peanut and tree nut-free snacks from home.
Children who stay the full day are asked to bring a lunch from home, or they can order online from our food delivery service. All lunches from home should be peanut and tree nut-free. Children are also asked to bring a reusable water bottle, clearly labeled with their name, which can be refilled as needed.
The food delivery lunch menu is published online, giving you a preview of the delicious and nutritious options we have to offer. Orders must be placed by 2 p.m. up to two days before the delivery date. For example, an order for Monday, June 24 must be placed by 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 22. Orders may be canceled up to 7 a.m. on the delivery date.

Credit card payments are processed at the time of your order. Refunds are made in the form of credits on your account.
Please note that there will be no Kosher menu items available for our summer programs.
What health forms need to be completed?
All students must complete our 2024 Summer Explorations Health forms, which will be shared in the coming months.
